What to Expect During Your Free Consultation
We offer a free initial consultation for all new patients. Here is what happens:
- Skin Assessment. Dr Hamidah will examine your skin and discuss your concerns in detail.
- Treatment Recommendation. Based on your assessment, she will recommend the most suitable treatment options.
- Cost Breakdown. You will receive a clear breakdown of costs, including any follow-up sessions or maintenance treatments.
- Payment Terms. We will explain our payment options, including cash and online transfer.
- No Obligation. You are free to take time to decide. There is absolutely no pressure to proceed with any treatment.
The entire consultation is completely free — whether you decide to proceed with treatment or not.
Why We Do Not Publish Fixed Prices
Many clinics advertise fixed prices for treatments, but these often come with caveats or exclude important components. At Lovina Clinic, we take a different approach:
- Condition-Based Pricing. The cost of treating acne, for example, varies depending on severity, location, and whether you have tried other treatments before.
- Treatment-Specific Costs. Different laser types, skin boosters, and topical medications have different costs. We recommend what is clinically appropriate, not what is cheapest or most expensive.
- Personalised Plans. Some patients need 3 sessions, others need 6. Your treatment plan is designed for your specific needs.
- Transparent Breakdown. Before any treatment begins, you will receive a full cost breakdown — consultation fee, treatment fee, medications, and follow-up visits.
